Advancements in information technology have created opportunities for the development of more measurable and efficient decision-support tools. Prospective acoustic guitar buyers are often faced with difficulties in selecting a product due to the wide variety of prices, wood types, brands, and body shapes available. This study develops a web-based decision support system for acoustic guitar selection by applying the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. The system was developed using the Waterfall model, which consists of the analysis, design, implementation, and testing phases. The criteria weights were obtained from questionnaires distributed to 100 respondents in Manado City and processed using pairwise comparisons to determine the priority weight of each criterion. The results indicate that Price is the most dominant criterion with a priority weight of 0.548, followed by Shape (0.256), Wood Type (0.145), and Brand (0.052). The resulting Consistency Ratio (CR) value is 0.09256, which is below the acceptable threshold of 0.1, indicating that the pairwise comparison matrix is consistent. The system was developed using the Laravel framework based on the Model-View-Controller (MVC) architecture with a database consisting of 11 tables and was evaluated through 24 Black Box Testing scenarios, all of which produced the expected results. Among the 52 acoustic guitar alternatives evaluated, the Cort AD810 achieved the highest score of 4.500.
